- Wash chicken and marinate with the salt,curd,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp for 1 hour..
- Heat the oil and add all dry masalas,chopped onions fry until it becomes golden brown..
- Add remaining ginger garlic paste,chopped tomatoes fry until oil seperates..
- Add potato.
- Add marinated chicken and salt to it..
- Keep 10 minutes on low flame and again saute..
- Add 4 cups hot water into it.Cover with a lid..
- Cook until chicken cook nicely..
- Serve with a plane White rice....
